Following the general meeting of Bebuabie Youths Alliance in Obudu in Cross River State to deliberate on a way forward for the Youths and people of Bebuabie kingdom. The convener of the meeting, Ambassador Agim Godwin Apple, advised the Youths to bring quality leadership and football skills into their agenda.

In his address to the Youths Alliance, Ambassador Agim Godwin Apple, emphasise that football exercise is indeed a healthy practice for our body.

Health experts often recommend engaging in regular physical activity, and football provides a great opportunity to stay active while having fun.

Ambassador Agim Godwin, made the following potential reasons as:

  1. Cardiovascular fitness: Football involves constant movement, running, and sprinting, which can improve your heart health and stamina.
  2. Muscular strength: Continuous kicking, jumping, and tackling in football help to build muscular strength and endurance.
  3. Coordination and agility: Playing football requires quick reflexes, coordination between your eyes, hands, and legs, which can enhance overall agility and motor skills.
  4. Bone strength: The impact of running and jumping in football can stimulate bone growth and increase bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis.
