The Youths and people of Borno State of Nigeria under the platform of the Human Rights Watch and Youths Empowerment Foundation Nigeria, Congratulates the Honourable Minister of Humanitarian and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Betta Edu, as she assumed office recently.
The Coordinator of HRWF Borno chapter, Comrade. Baba Shehu Saidu, made this statement while in the meeting with members of HRWF in Borno state
He has this to say, with the formation of the Human Rights Watch and Youths Empowerment Foundation by a Cross River State born, Ambassador Agim Godwin Apple, is a sure way which the minister will apply through, in reducing the large number of vulnerability, injustice, Child abuse and sexual harassment, school bullying and abuse of drugs and GBV in the society of Nigeria at a whole.
We appeal to the State Governor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum Governor, Borno State, and his State Executive members, to acknowledge this welcome development that will enhance life opportunity for the Youths and people of Borno State of Nigeria.
