Pastor Amako Malaya, the head of the Second Evangelical Church “Winning All” in Damakasuwa, Kauru region of Kaduna State, was killed by a group of gunmen believed to be bandits.
The gunmen also abducted the clergyman’s wife.
Ishak Chinge who is also an elder of the church, confirmed the incident to the hintusmedia on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
According to Chinge, the gunmen tried to kidnap the clergyman’s son three months ago, but were repelled with the help of the community
‘Yesterday again they stormed his house, shot him dead and kidnapped his wife.
