Peter Obi slam  Bola Tinubu for certificate scam, saying that everyone views Nigerians as fraudsters, certificate forgers, or identity thieves

The story surrounding President Bola Tinubu’s certificates, according to Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the general elections of 2023, has further damaged Nigeria’s “less than glorious image” abroad.

Obi spoke on Wednesday, October 3, at a press conference in Abuja. 11.

The ex-governor of Anambra State declared: “To the outsiders, the whole Chicago University affair, along with Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s numerous other lingering identity, question marks have further worsened Nigeria’s less than glorious image internationally

“Uninformed outsiders now view every Nigerian as an identity thief, fraudster, or certificate forger.There’s no need for the controversy, and it could have been prevented from embarrassing the world implicitly.”…

Obi urged Tinubu to come clean and take the shame out of Nigeria by disclosing who he really is.

“Tinubu should humbly and respectfully reveal his identity,” the man stated.Declare your name, nationality, and credentials to the world.

Recall that Tinubu’s academic records from Chicago State University (CSU) were obtained by PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar via a subpoena issued by the court.

First made public on October 3, the records revealed that Tinubu’s certificate from CSU, which he submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), differed from samples of certificates the university had given out to students in the same year.
